Tammy A. Weber of Montoursville became the President of the Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Attorneys (“PAELA”) on January 1, 2022.

PAELA is an organization of over 180 Pennsylvania lawyers. It provides advocacy and education on issues of importance to older adults, people with special needs, and their families. There are many complicated issues confronting lawyers who represent older adults and the disabled. PAELA provides an informational, educational, and networking resource for them. It also works with legislators to improve the laws protecting older and special needs individuals.

Ms. Weber is managing attorney of Marshall, Parker & Weber, LLC. Her busy law practice represents clients in central and northeastern Pennsylvania from offices in Williamsport, Jersey Shore, and Plains. Her firm provides elder law, estate planning, long-term care planning and estate administration services.

Attorney Weber graduated Magna Cum Laude from Lycoming College in 1983 and received her law degree in 1986 from Temple University. She assumed the role of Managing Attorney of her law firm in 2011.

Ms. Weber is committed to supporting her community and has served in leadership roles at both the state and local level. She is Immediate Past Chair of the First Community Foundation Partnership of Pennsylvania (“FCFP”), a Trustee for Lycoming College, and Former Chair of the President’s Leadership Council for Lycoming College.
