Melisa is a native to the area, she was born and raised in Montoursville, where she resides with her husband, Tim. Together, they have six adult children and two grandchildren.  They enjoy life as empty nesters.

Melisa comes with over 25 years’ experience in the human services and healthcare fields. As a mother, she was very instrumental in getting Newborn Hearing Screening legislation passed in Pennsylvania.

She is an active member of the Montoursville Garden Club.

When Melisa is not working, you can find her gardening, enjoying the outdoors with her husband, spending time with her family, or driving around town in her blue 1950 International truck aka Blueberry Split.
