Carla is a native of the area, she was born and raised in Muncy, Pennsylvania.  She now resides in Lock Haven (Woolrich area) with her husband, Fred.  She enjoys being a dog mom to Zeus, Zoey, Kimber, and Gemma.
 
Carla comes with over 30 years of service in the Emergency Services area (Emergency Medical, Fire, and Rescue; 9-1-1 Telecommunications, and Emergency Management).  She is currently an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT).
 
When Carla is not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends at the river lot and loves crafting.
