Marshall, Parker & Weber Announces Release of Elder Law in Pennsylvania, Fourth Edition

The Law Firm of Marshall, Parker & Weber is pleased to announce the release of a new Fourth Edition of the book, Elder Law In Pennsylvania, edited by firm member, Matthew J. Parker, Esq.  Elder Law in Pennsylvania is published by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.  It is a unique 1000-page resource guide for attorneys and other professionals who work with seniors.  It is widely recognized as the most comprehensive treatise on elder law in Pennsylvania.  Subjects include in-depth analysis of powers of attorney, health care directives, guardianship, Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Veteran’s Benefits, protecting assets from the cost of long-term care, and home and community based services.

Attorney Parker is a Certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation.  He updated the chapters on Home and Community based services, Medical Assistance Estate Recovery and Medicare.  Attorney Elizabeth A.
