Shelby L. Weber is an Estate Administration Case Manager in our Williamsport and Jersey Shore offices. Shelby’s infectious laugh and no-nonsense attitude have made her an invaluable addition to the Marshall, Parker & Weber team. Shelby has over 25 years of experience working in the estate administration field, specifically in Lycoming County and the surrounding areas. Her experience in the field allows Shelby to personally guide our clients through the estate administration process – from going to the courthouse with our executors, opening estate accounts at the banks, and acting as a point person during the entire process.
Shelby has an Associate of Arts Degree from Gannon University in the Lawyer’s Assistant Program. She and her husband Gary reside in Williamsport and have two sons, Riley and Stefan. She is a charter member of the Lycoming County Paralegal Association and is currently serving as Director for the organization. She is a charter member of the Lycoming County Paralegal Association and is currently serving as President for the organization. Shelby is also an avid reader and enjoys supporting the James V. Brown Library as a member of the Friends of the Library Board. In her spare time she enjoys running, shopping, cooking and collecting Junior League cookbooks.
