Recognized Ability

Marshall & Associates is a nationally recognized leader in providing coordinated legal and elder care planning services to older adults and their families.  Attorney Marshall is past chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Elder Law Committee.  He is the author of Pennsylvania Elder Law, which is the indispensable resource used by Pennsylvania attorneys advising older clients and their family members. He is currently serves as Pennsylvania's public policy liaison for the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and on the Public Policy Committee for the Pennsylvania Alzheimer's Association.

Comprehensive Multi-Disciplinary Planning

Facing a healthcare crisis can be overwhelming.  A lawyer can help with the legal issues, but a family's concerns usually go well beyond  traditional legal planning.  With Marshall & Associates you don't just hire a lawyer-you are retaining the services of an entire team of experienced lawyers, nurses, social workers and paralegals who will work together to find the best solutions for you and your family.

Board Certification

Marshall & Associates is the only law firm in Pennsylvania with two attorneys who have been Certified as Elder Law Attorneys (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation.  Both Attorney Marshall and Attorney Parker have been granted this coveted designation.

A CELA is a lawyer who has an advanced level of knowledge, skill, experience and proficiency as well as substantial involvement in representing and counseling older persons and their representatives. The designation has been granted to these attorneys under authority of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court because it "provides meaningful information for the public to use in selecting or retaining a lawyer."

The issues faced by seniors and their families are so difficult and complicated why not see a certified specialist and be assured that your lawyer has the skill, experience, and judgment needed to provide you with quality elder law services.
