Marshall Named "Super Lawyer" in the Field of Elder

Jeffrey
Marshall, managing attorney of the Elder Law Firm of Marshall &
Associates,
Williamsport
, Jersey Shore, Wilkes-Barre, has been named a Pennsylvania Super
Lawyer for the 2nd consecutive year. Super Lawyers are
chosen by their peers as being the top lawyers in the state. Attorney
Marshall was named Super Lawyer in the field of elder law.
The
selections were based on nominations from more than 36,000
Pennsylvania
attorneys who were asked to vote for the best lawyers they had
personally observed in action. The top candidates in each category
were then subjected to an attorney-led blue ribbon panel review before
final selection.
The
selection process was supervised by Law & Politics.

the June 2005 issue of Philadelphia Magazine. Attorney Marshall
was also recognized as a Super Lawyer in 2004.
