support from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, invited Attorney Marshall
to speak about Legal Issues When
Caring For Alzheimer's Patients to over 250 social workers,
psychologists, and doctors from around the state.
The speech, lasting about an hour, emphasized the importance of
estate planning and advanced directives.

Although
it was still cold and some snow still lurked on the ground in early March,
Attorney Kathy Kron headed out to start a series of legal training
sessions across
Pennsylvania
.
Each week Attorney Kron visits a group of AAA caseworkers in places
like
Valley
Forge
,
Wilkes-Barre
,
Clarion and even
Pittsburgh
,
to give these workers the tools to help make their jobs a little easier.
Attorney Kron takes one session to teach AAA staff how to obtain
information from banks, insurance companies and other corporations.
On the second day, the session is devoted to teaching them legal
tools and then showing them how to implement these tools through a series
of hypothetical scenarios.
Marshall
& Associates did the same legal training last year and are looking
forward to teaching a whole new group of caseworkers in next year's
sessions!
