Special
Needs Planning
Many times, a parent
feels that they have to disinherit their special needs child, or rely
on other to provide for the child's future.
Special
Needs Trusts established under a parent's will DOES NOT disqualify a
disabled individual from receiving government benefits because the
special needs child never directly receives the inheritance. The
funds go directly into the Special Needs Trusts.
Our
