Special Needs Planning

Many times, a parent feels that they have to disinherit their special needs child, or rely on other to provide for the child's future.

Special Needs Trusts established under a parent's will DOES NOT disqualify a disabled individual from receiving government benefits because the special needs child never directly receives the inheritance.  The funds go directly into the Special Needs Trusts.

Our office can help families create a Special Needs Trust that is designed to supplement government benefits, allowing an individual to keep more money than they are normally allowed to have.
